Pre placement training: In order that the students are well placed and excel in their field of Endeavour – so as to boost the brand image of the college/university – it is essential that the students are trained on certain finer aspects of soft skills. Most of the events conducted at Nava Bharathi are designed for the pre placement training. Activities like group discussions, resume writing, management games, role plays etc are conducted in order to improve the soft skills of the students.
